Carmen Video, the owner of the “Alternative cinema” brand mostly specializes in DVD-distribution.
Two main divisions of the company’s DVD-distribution activity are “Author’s collections” and “TV series on DVD”.
“Author’s collections” include a unique lineup of films by the world’s acclaimed film directors like Federico Fellini, Wim Wenders, Pedro Almodovar, Emir Kusturica, Jim Jarmush and many others.
“TV series” are represented by a selective lineup of quality British series like “Jeeves and Wooster”, “Poirot”, “Miss Marple”.
The TV distribution department offers a variety of catalogue titles that include acclaimed classical masterpieces.
It is for the second season that Carmen Video produces a TV program on “TV 3” channel called “Alternative cinema”. The program was hosted by Kiril Serebrennikov and is now hosted by Alexander F. Skliar.
